Friday Provider Call and Q&A Sessions
Magellan of Virginia hosts a weekly call each Friday. While the weekly call is scheduled for 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m., based on agenda items and discussion, it may end earlier than 2:30 p.m.
The call is open to all providers to address questions and concerns. The weekly call will continue until further notice.
Please be advised the conference call has a limited number of lines. We encourage providers calling in from the same agency, to use a single, shared line. This will allow other providers the opportunity to dial in.
If you are unable to participate in the live call and would like a response to a question posted on the agenda, please submit your request using Magellan's contact us link. Please include the agenda question and date.

Do you have a question, topic for discussion or idea to be discussed during a Friday Provider call? If so, please Contact Us to submit information. Additional instructions to submit questions, topics and ideas.
All questions and discussion topics submitted by Wednesday will be included on the agenda for that week's provider call.
Magellan will answer or have an update for most of the questions and concerns. Any questions or concerns that require more research, will be held over and answered on the next call.
Our goal is to improve our communication with the Provider Network by making the submission of and response to questions as seamless as possible.
